Prices: The prices offered are net and are based on current costs and are subject to variation without notice. Invoice will be made on
the basis of prices ruling on the date of dispatch. All prices are on Ex works basis.(EXW)
Taxes: The prices are inclusive of excise duties. VAT, Sales tax, Central sales tax, Octroi charges and all other duties and levies will be
charged extra as and when applicable.
Delivery: A single order of the value of Rs. 15,000/- net or more will be supplied F.O.R. destinations by road transport. If the goods are
supplied by courier/parcel or passenger trains 50% of the postage/freight will be charged extra. While every effort is made to adhere
to delivery dates, no responsibility shall be accepted for non-delivery or any delays. Items offered ex-stock are subject to goods being
unsold on the date of receipt of order. Where value of goods dispatched is less than Rs. 15,000/- net freight will be charged extra. Where
it is not possible to know exact freight in advanced, the goods will be sent on “Freight to Pay” basis.
Damage or Shortage: All products are packed with utmost care & forwarded at customer's risk. No claim for shortage / breakage, delay
or damage will be entertained after the goods have left our premises. No goods should be returned without prior written consent.
Products should be stored in required conditions protected from temperature, humidity etc.
Amendment / Cancellation:No amendment or cancellation of orders will be accepted once the goods have been packed for dispatched.
Insurance:Consignment can be insured at buyers request and at their cost, if instruction in this behalf are received with order.
Insurance Charges are normally 1.5% of the invoice value.
Payment: Goods will be dispatched against cash / cheque or Demand Draft drawn on “High Purity Laboratory Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.”
Payable at Mumbai. In case of outstation orders, documents will be forwarded through Bank for payment. The interest @ 21% will be
charged for the payments received after due dates.
Health & Safety: The buyer has a responsibility to ensure all goods supplied are stored and used responsibly and in accordance with all
the appropriate legislation requirements and recommendations. The buyer is responsible for taking all steps necessary to eliminate or
reduce the risk to health and/or safety arising from the possession, storage and use of the goods. The products listed in this catalogue
are intended for laboratory research or manufacturing use, and are not for any other purpose, including but not limited to, use in food
or drink for human consumption, in pharmaceuticals or in medical devices.
Goods Return: In case of failure or rejection of our products whatsoever reasons, our liability is expressly limited to the extent of its
replacement or its cost. Rejection complaints should be made within 60 days of our invoice date. We shall not be responsible for any
other damage or losses directly or indirectly.
Force Majeure: Notwithstanding whatever is mentioned herein, in the event due to reasons beyond our control such as riots, strikes,
war, civil commotion, shortage of raw materials, Govt. restrictions, act of God etc. we or our authorized stockists will not be liable for
any penalization for any delay or non-supply of the products.
Liability:We shall incur no liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss, injury or damage to persons or property from any cause
whatsoever, as a result of the handling of goods not in accordance with any safety instructions which may be issued from time to time
or supplied by us with the goods or with any Government regulations, health & safety requirements or codes of practice from time to
time in force.
